PURE RICE VINEGAR

Pure rice vinegar brewery begins in brewing pure rice sake using rice and malted rice through traditional Japanese processes, and then fermenting it into vinegar. This process,“HONZUKURI” or authentic
brewery, is used to make pure rice vinegar with a savory aroma and rich flavor which enables you to enjoy authentic Japanese dishes in your own home.


RICE VINEGAR FOR SUSHI

With HONZUKURI rice vinegar finished with the first broth soup from Rishiri kelp, you can enjoy traditional Japanese “sushi” just by mixing this vinegar with hot cooked rice.


FRUIT VINEGAR

Fruit vinegar is a new range of product that UCHIBORI VINEGAR, INC. is presenting under the concept of enjoying vinegar just like enjoying dessert.
